Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms apply to individuals or entities that apply for, participate in, or use the idoli.ai Affiliate Program.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms, the idoli.ai Terms of Service, Content Policy, Privacy Policy, and other applicable rules.

1. Program Description

The idoli.ai Affiliate Program allows eligible promoters to lawfully promote idoli.ai and earn Credits when users complete qualifying purchases through promotion links.

Rewards are issued as Credits to your idoli.ai account balance. Credits are not cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and may only be used for eligible services on idoli.ai.

Credits earned through the Affiliate Program are valid for one month from the date they are issued to your account balance and expire on the corresponding date of the following month. If there is no corresponding date in the following month, they expire on the last day of that month.

Specific Credit reward rates, attribution windows, and the timing for unlocking Credits are governed by the Affiliate dashboard, campaign pages, or a written agreement between the parties.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following conditions:

1. You have reached the legal age in your jurisdiction;

2. You provide true, accurate, and complete information;

3. You have an idoli.ai account capable of receiving Credits;

4. You are not located in a region where participation is prohibited by idoli.ai and are not included on any idoli.ai exclusion list;

5. Your participation has not previously been terminated by the platform for fraud, low-quality traffic, false advertising, or other policy violations;

6. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, advertising platform rules, and these Terms.

idoli.ai reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Permitted Promotion Methods

You may promote idoli.ai through the following methods:

  • Blog articles;
  • YouTube videos;
  • Social media content on TikTok, Instagram, X, and similar platforms;
  • Newsletters;
  • Tutorials;
  • Product reviews;
  • Lawful paid advertising;
  • Community sharing;
  • Case studies;
  • Creator content recommendations.

All promotional content must be truthful, clear, and not misleading.

4. Credit Reward Rules

Specific Credit reward rules are governed by the Affiliate dashboard or campaign descriptions. General rules include:

  • Users must complete purchases through your unique promotion link or promotion code;
  • Orders must be genuine, valid, not refunded, not charged back, and not fraudulent;
  • Credit rewards may be calculated based on amounts actually received by idoli.ai for qualifying purchases;
  • Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, payment processing fees, or other deductions may be excluded from the Credit reward calculation base;
  • Credits may remain locked during a review period and will only be unlocked after approval;
  • The platform may delay unlocking Credits where anomalies are detected;
  • If fraud, violations, or other circumstances that make a reward ineligible are confirmed, the platform may cancel the corresponding Credits.

5. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Credit Clawbacks

If a referred order is refunded, charged back, fraudulent, involves stolen payment methods, or is otherwise abnormal, the corresponding Credits will not be granted.

If the Credits have already been granted, idoli.ai may deduct them from your future Credit rewards or from your account balance.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates must not engage in the following conduct:

1. Making purchases through their own referral links to obtain Credits, unless expressly permitted by the platform;

2. Using fake accounts to generate fraudulent orders;

3. Using stolen cards or fraudulent payment methods;

4. Sending spam;

5. Using bot clicks;

6. Using cookie stuffing;

7. Using fake traffic;

8. Using misleading advertising;

9. Impersonating official idoli.ai accounts or representatives;

10. Registering domains, social media accounts, or trademarks similar to idoli.ai, or using names likely to cause confusion;

11. Bidding on idoli.ai brand keywords in paid advertising without permission;

12. Publishing false discounts, false features, or false income promises;

13. Promising generation results not guaranteed by the platform;

14. Promoting idoli.ai on unlawful, piracy-related, hateful, fraudulent, or malicious websites;

15. Promoting idoli.ai through adult, pornographic, violent, or age-inappropriate content;

16. Inducing users to click or purchase without genuine intent;

17. Using promotion methods that violate advertising platform rules;

18. Damaging the reputation of the idoli.ai brand.

7. Brand Use

Affiliates may use official promotional materials provided by idoli.ai within a reasonable scope.

Without written permission, Affiliates must not:

  • Modify the idoli.ai logo;
  • Imply that they are official idoli.ai employees or agents;
  • Make commitments on behalf of idoli.ai;
  • Use brand names likely to confuse users;
  • Register domains, social media accounts, or advertising account names containing “idoli” or “idoli.ai.”

8. Content Requirements

Promotional content must be:

  • Truthful;
  • Clear;
  • Lawful;
  • Not misleading;
  • Not exaggerated;
  • Non-infringing;
  • Compliant with advertising disclosure requirements.

If you receive Credits or other benefits for promotion, you must disclose your relationship with idoli.ai in accordance with applicable law and platform rules.

9. Termination

idoli.ai may suspend or terminate your Affiliate status in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Abnormal data patterns;
  • Fraud or artificial traffic inflation;
  • Excessive refund rates;
  • Excessive complaints;
  • False advertising;
  • Unlawful promotion;
  • Damage to brand reputation;
  • Prolonged inactivity;
  • Suspension or adjustment of the Affiliate Program by the platform.

After termination, idoli.ai may cancel Credits arising from violations that have not yet been unlocked and require you to stop using promotion links, promotional materials, and brand identifiers.

10. Credit Reward Disputes

Affiliate dashboard data is the primary basis for calculating and granting Credit rewards.

If you dispute a Credit reward, you must contact us within 30 days after the relevant Credits are issued to your account balance. If you do not raise a dispute within that period, you will be deemed to have accepted the Credit reward record shown in the Affiliate dashboard.

11. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any applicable tax obligations arising from Credit rewards you receive.

Credits are not cash, and idoli.ai does not make cash or other monetary payments to promoters under this Program. If required by applicable law, idoli.ai may collect necessary tax information.

12. Updates to These Terms

idoli.ai may update, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time. Updated rules will be displayed on the relevant pages or in the dashboard.
