Content Policy

idoli.ai encourages users to create images, videos, and virtual characters through AI. However, when using the platform, users must comply with the law, respect the rights of others, and avoid generating, uploading, saving, sharing, or distributing unlawful, infringing, misleading, harassing, or harmful content.

This Content Policy applies to all content you input, upload, generate, save, download, share, or publish on idoli.ai.

1. Basic Principles

When using idoli.ai, you must follow these basic principles:

  1. Do not harm others;
  2. Do not infringe the rights of others;
  3. Do not generate unlawful content;
  4. Do not mislead the public;
  5. Do not abuse AI technology;
  6. Do not circumvent platform security systems;
  7. Do not use Generated Content for fraud, harassment, exploitation, or unlawful purposes.

If we believe that any content or conduct violates this Policy, we may refuse generation, delete content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other necessary measures.

2. Protection of Minors

idoli.ai strictly prohibits any content involving the sexualization, exploitation, abuse, or harm of minors.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Nudity or sexual suggestiveness involving minors;
  • Sexualized poses, clothing, or scenarios involving minors;
  • Content that appears to sexualize minors;
  • Sexualization of minors in anime, fictional, fantasy, or AI characters;
  • Sexualized content in which adult characters are deliberately made to appear as minors;
  • Child abuse, grooming, exploitation, or sexual exploitation;
  • Pornographic treatment of student, child, or adolescent imagery.

Please note:

Even if content is fictional, animated, or AI-generated, sexualized depictions are prohibited whenever a character appears to be a minor.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Non-Consensual Sexual Content and Deepfakes

idoli.ai prohibits any non-consensual sexual content, face-swap pornography, forged intimate imagery, or unauthorized sexualization of real persons.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using photographs of real persons without authorization to generate nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive content;
  • Celebrity pornographic deepfakes;
  • Face-swap pornography involving ordinary individuals;
  • Sexualized depictions of ex-partners, colleagues, friends, or public figures;
  • Forged intimate photos or videos;
  • Humiliating, extortionate, harassing, or retaliatory sexual content;
  • Voyeuristic, non-consensual exposure, or hidden-camera content;
  • Using another person's likeness for adult content, sexual fantasy, or promotion of sexual services.

If you upload photographs of real persons, you must have lawful rights to use those photographs and must not use them in ways that infringe another person's dignity, privacy, or safety.

4. Adult Content

idoli.ai may impose strict restrictions on adult content. Unless the platform expressly permits it and provides corresponding functionality, explicit pornographic content must not be generated.

Prohibited content includes:

  • Explicit sexual acts;
  • Close-up depictions of genitalia in a pornographic context;
  • Coercive, forced, or violent sexual content;
  • Sexual content involving minors or persons who appear to be minors;
  • Non-consensual sexual content;
  • Pornographic content involving real persons;
  • Sexual exploitation;
  • Sexual content intended to humiliate, threaten, or harass.

Even where the platform permits certain non-explicit adult-oriented content in some regions, such content must comply with law, regional restrictions, age restrictions, and platform rules.

5. Publicity Rights, Real-Person Identity, and Impersonation

The following are prohibited:

  • Uploading photographs of others without authorization;
  • Using another person's name, face, voice, or identifying characteristics without authorization;
  • Impersonating real persons;
  • Falsely depicting that a person said or did something;
  • Forging news footage, evidence materials, surveillance records, or official statements;
  • Creating misleading content involving public figures;
  • Creating content that may cause others to believe it is authentic footage;
  • Using AI content to defame, harass, extort, humiliate, or deceive.

If Generated Content may be mistaken for authentic content, you must clearly label it as AI-generated.

6. Intellectual Property

You must not upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploading others' photographs, illustrations, videos, music, or designs without authorization;
  • Using film or television screenshots, anime characters, game characters, or brand imagery to create commercial materials;
  • Counterfeiting trademarks, logos, product packaging, or brand visuals;
  • Creating infringing merchandise, posters, advertisements, or product images;
  • Circumventing watermarks, copyright protection, or access restrictions;
  • Using protected materials to train or generate infringing content;
  • Using another party's brand or IP in a manner likely to confuse consumers.

Users must ensure that uploaded and generated content does not infringe others' copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, trade secret, or other rights.

7. Hate, Harassment, and Discrimination

You must not generate or distribute hate, discrimination, harassment, or violent content directed at individuals or groups.

Protected characteristics include, but are not limited to:

  • Race;
  • Ethnicity;
  • Nationality;
  • Religion;
  • Sex;
  • Sexual orientation;
  • Gender identity;
  • Disability;
  • Age;
  • Veteran status;
  • Immigration status;
  • Other characteristics protected by law.

Prohibited content includes:

  • Hate speech;
  • Dehumanizing descriptions;
  • Incitement to violence;
  • Sexual harassment;
  • Bullying;
  • Threats;
  • Doxxing;
  • Humiliation or malicious attacks.

8. Violence, Extremism, and Terrorism

The following are prohibited:

  • Threatening or inciting violence;
  • Glorifying terrorism;
  • Supporting, promoting, or recruiting for extremist organizations;
  • Distributing terrorist organization symbols or propaganda;
  • Soliciting criminal conduct;
  • Depicting extreme gore, torture, mutilation, or graphic killing;
  • Promoting mass harm;
  • Generating content used to threaten, intimidate, or extort others.

9. Unlawful Activities and Regulated Goods

You must not use idoli.ai to generate, upload, or distribute content involving:

  • Drug trafficking or promotion of drug use;
  • Trafficking in weapons, ammunition, or explosives;
  • Forged documents;
  • Hacking attacks;
  • Malware;
  • Phishing websites;
  • Fraud schemes;
  • Promotion of gambling services;
  • Unlawful financial services;
  • Money laundering;
  • Human trafficking;
  • Unlawful adult services;
  • Unlawful medical or pharmaceutical transactions;
  • Other unlawful transactions or activities intended to evade regulation.

10. Self-Harm, Suicide, and Dangerous Conduct

You must not generate content that encourages, instructs, glorifies, or provides detailed descriptions of:

  • Suicide;
  • Self-harm;
  • Eating disorders;
  • Extreme dieting;
  • Dangerous challenges;
  • High-risk behavior;
  • Use of dangerous tools to harm yourself or others;
  • Conduct that causes others to engage in behavior likely to result in serious injury.

If content is used for education, prevention, or public-interest support, it must avoid operational detail and must not glorify harmful conduct.

11. Misleading Content and Disinformation

You must not use AI-generated content to deceive or mislead others.

Prohibited content includes:

  • Forged news;
  • Forged official announcements;
  • Forged evidence;
  • Forged medical, legal, or financial advice;
  • Forged endorsements by public figures;
  • Forged brand partnerships;
  • Forged user reviews;
  • False advertising;
  • Scam materials;
  • Misleading content that may affect elections, public safety, or financial markets.

12. Political and Public Events

Users must not use idoli.ai to:

  • Forge statements by political figures;
  • Forge evidence relating to voting, elections, or public events;
  • Create misleading political propaganda;
  • Impersonate government, media, or public institutions;
  • Create content that may interfere with elections, public safety, or public trust.

13. Platform Enforcement Measures

If content or conduct violates this Policy, idoli.ai may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Refuse generation;
  • Delete content;
  • Hide content;
  • Add sensitive content labels;
  • Restrict sharing;
  • Restrict downloads;
  • Freeze credits;
  • Suspend features;
  • Suspend accounts;
  • Permanently terminate accounts;
  • Cancel Affiliate or creator earnings;
  • Deny refunds;
  • Report to relevant rights holders, law enforcement, or regulators.

14. Appeals

If you believe content was mistakenly flagged, your account was wrongly suspended, or a feature was incorrectly restricted, you may contact us to appeal.

Please provide:

  • Registered email address;
  • Relevant content links or generation records;
  • Reason for appeal;
  • Proof of rights, if applicable;
  • Other information helpful to review.

15. Policy Updates

idoli.ai may update this Content Policy based on legal, product, and safety requirements. The latest date will be displayed on this page after an update.
