Creative Partner Program Terms

These Creative Partner Program Terms apply to creators, content producers, bloggers, designers, video creators, social media accounts, and other partners who apply for, participate in, or are accepted into the idoli.ai Creative Partner Program.

By participating in this Program, you agree to comply with these Terms, the idoli.ai Terms of Service, Content Policy, Copyright Policy, and other applicable rules.

1. Program Description

The idoli.ai Creative Partner Program is designed to collaborate with creators to jointly create, showcase, and promote AI images, AI videos, virtual characters, tutorials, templates, case studies, campaign content, and other related materials.

Collaboration may include:

  • Creating tutorials;
  • Creating case study videos;
  • Creating character templates;
  • Creating prompt templates;
  • Sharing generated works;
  • Participating in official campaigns;
  • Providing product feedback;
  • Participating in beta testing;
  • Participating in co-branded promotion;
  • Creating social media content;
  • Providing materials for use on the official website, in advertising, or in campaigns.

2. Eligibility

When applying to the Creative Partner Program, you must:

  1. Have reached the legal age in your jurisdiction;
  2. Provide truthful contact information;
  3. Own or manage relevant content channels;
  4. Comply with idoli.ai's Terms of Service and Content Policy;
  5. Ensure submitted content does not infringe third-party rights;
  6. Not engage in fraud, artificial traffic inflation, false advertising, or unlawful content creation.

idoli.ai reserves the right to decide whether to accept your application at its sole discretion.

3. Partner Benefits

Depending on the specific collaboration arrangement, Creative Partners may receive the following benefits:

  • Free credits;
  • Subscription benefits;
  • Early access to new features;
  • Official exposure;
  • Case study showcases;
  • Featured placement;
  • Cash rewards;
  • Affiliate commissions;
  • Co-branded campaign opportunities;
  • Dedicated support;
  • Other resources provided by the platform.

Specific benefits are governed by campaign pages, emails, dashboard descriptions, or written agreement between the parties.

4. Content Submitted by Partners

You may submit the following content to idoli.ai:

  • Images;
  • Videos;
  • Copy;
  • Prompts;
  • Character templates;
  • Tutorials;
  • Case study descriptions;
  • Social media content;
  • Avatars, nicknames, or account information;
  • Feedback and suggestions;
  • Campaign materials.

You must ensure that content you submit:

  1. Is created by you or lawfully authorized by you;
  2. Does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
  3. Does not contain unlawful, hateful, pornographic, minor-inappropriate, deepfake-infringing, or other policy-violating content;
  4. Does not contain false, misleading, or exaggerated claims;
  5. Complies with idoli.ai's Content Policy.

5. License to Works

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain any rights you lawfully hold in your original content.

However, you grant idoli.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, and distribute content you submit or authorize for the following purposes:

  • Official website display;
  • Product pages;
  • Social media publication;
  • Advertising;
  • Email marketing;
  • App Store or Google Play materials;
  • Campaign pages;
  • Case studies;
  • Investor materials;
  • Media promotion;
  • Tutorials and help documentation;
  • Other reasonable uses related to idoli.ai promotion, operations, and product showcase.

If you do not want certain content used in specific contexts, please confirm the scope in writing with idoli.ai before submission.

6. Display of Name, Likeness, and Account

If you participate in official case studies, campaigns, or promotional activities, you agree that idoli.ai may reasonably display:

  • Your nickname;
  • Avatar;
  • Social media account;
  • Works;
  • Bio;
  • Public testimonials;
  • Collaborative content.

If real names, photographs of real persons, or more extensive personal display are involved, the scope of authorization may be confirmed separately by the parties.

7. Content Compliance

Creative Partners must not submit or publish the following:

  • Materials infringing third-party rights;
  • Unauthorized likenesses of real persons;
  • Sexualized content involving minors;
  • Non-consensual sexual content or pornographic deepfakes;
  • Hateful, violent, or extremist content;
  • Unlawful transactions or fraud-related content;
  • Content misleading users into believing AI content is authentic footage;
  • False income promises;
  • False feature claims;
  • Content that disparages or maliciously attacks competitors;
  • Content violating advertising platform or social media platform rules.

8. Compensation and Rewards

Creative Partner compensation or rewards may include:

  • Credits;
  • Free subscriptions;
  • Fixed fees;
  • Campaign rewards;
  • Affiliate commissions;
  • Traffic exposure;
  • Other benefits.

Specific terms are governed by agreement between the parties.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Taxes are borne by the recipient;
  • Rewards are not payable for fake traffic or policy-violating content;
  • Commissions are not payable for refunded, charged-back, or fraudulent orders;
  • The platform may cancel unpaid rewards for violations.

9. Confidentiality

If you obtain early access to unreleased product features, test versions, business plans, data, or other non-public information during the collaboration, you must keep such information confidential.

Without idoli.ai's written consent, you must not publicly disclose unreleased features, internal data, business strategies, or collaboration details.

10. Termination of Collaboration

idoli.ai may terminate the collaboration in the following circumstances:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • Content quality does not meet requirements;
  • You are inactive for a prolonged period;
  • You infringe third-party rights;
  • You publish violating content;
  • You engage in artificial traffic inflation, fraud, or false advertising;
  • You damage the reputation of the idoli.ai brand;
  • The platform adjusts or discontinues the Program.

After termination, you must stop promoting yourself as a Creative Partner. Unless otherwise agreed, idoli.ai may continue to use content that was already authorized before termination.

11. Relationship to the Affiliate Program

If you also participate in the Affiliate Program, you must also comply with the Affiliate Program Terms.

If there is a conflict between the Creative Partner Program and Affiliate Program rules, the specific campaign page or written agreement between the parties will prevail.

12. Updates to These Terms

idoli.ai may update, suspend, or terminate the Creative Partner Program. Updated rules will be displayed on the relevant pages or in notices.
