We do not guarantee that all features will be provided permanently, nor do we guarantee that all users in all regions will have access to the same features.\n\n## 2. Geographic Availability\n\nidoli.ai provides Services to users worldwide, but does not provide Services to users located in mainland China.\n\nIf the laws, regulations, policies, or platform rules of your country or region prohibit you from accessing or using the Services, you must not access or use idoli.ai. AI-Generated Content\n\nImages, videos, character images, character settings, or other outputs generated through idoli.ai are collectively referred to as \"Generated Content.\"\n\nSubject to your compliance with these Terms, the Content Policy, the Copyright Policy, payment rules, and applicable law, you may use content you generate through idoli.ai. For paid users, unless otherwise stated on a specific page or in promotional rules, idoli.ai permits you to use Generated Content for commercial purposes.\n\nHowever, you understand and agree that:\n\n1. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, untrue, or not meet your expectations;\n2. AI-generated content may be similar to content generated by other users;\n3. idoli.ai does not guarantee that Generated Content is unique, original, copyrightable, trademarkable, or suitable for any particular commercial purpose;\n4. If you use Generated Content for advertising, commercial projects, client deliverables, product sales, social media publication, or other public uses, you are solely responsible for confirming that such use complies with applicable law, third-party platform rules, copyright, publicity rights, trademark rights, advertising law, and industry regulations;\n5. You must not present AI-generated content as real news, real evidence, official statements, the conduct of real persons, or other content that may mislead the public.\n\n## 7. License You Grant to idoli.ai\n\nTo provide and improve the Services, you grant idoli.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, store, process, modify, display, and transmit your User Content to the extent necessary for the following purposes:\n\n- Providing AI generation services;\n- Saving generation history;\n- Displaying content you actively make public or share;\n- Conducting content safety review;\n- Troubleshooting technical issues;\n- Preventing fraud, abuse, and policy violations;\n- Providing customer support;\n- Handling infringement complaints, reports, and legal requests;\n- Improving product experience and service quality;\n- Using content for case studies, community showcases, or marketing promotion when you authorize or choose to make it publicly available.\n\nRegarding model training and service improvement, idoli.ai currently intends to adopt the following approach:\n\n> Unless otherwise expressly stated or with your consent, idoli.ai will not use your private uploads, private prompts, non-public character settings, or non-public Generated Content to train public models.\n\nIf this approach changes in the future, idoli.ai will update the relevant policies and, where necessary, provide users with choice or opt-out mechanisms.\n\n## 8. Prohibited Conduct\n\nYou must not use idoli.ai to engage in any of the following conduct:\n\n1. Violating any applicable law, regulation, regulatory requirement, or third-party platform rule;\n2. Uploading, generating, or distributing content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, reputation, or other rights;\n3. Uploading unauthorized photographs of real persons for pornographic, humiliating, harassing, impersonation, deceptive, or deepfake purposes;\n4. Generating sexualized content involving minors, including real persons, anime, fictional characters, fantasy characters, or depictions that appear to be minors;\n5. Generating non-consensual sexual content, face-swap pornography, intimate image forgery, or sextortion-related content;\n6. Impersonating any person, company, government agency, media outlet, or platform official;\n7. Forging news, evidence, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, official statements, or commercial endorsements;\n8. Generating hate, discrimination, harassment, bullying, threats, or doxxing content;\n9. Generating terrorism, extremism, violent threats, torture, gore, or graphic violence content;\n10. Generating scams, phishing, malware, illegal transactions, forged documents, gambling promotion, drug trafficking, or weapons trafficking content;\n11. Bypassing, disrupting, or interfering with platform security systems, content moderation systems, payment systems, or access controls;\n12. Using bots, crawlers, scripts, or other automated means to access, scrape, download, or generate content in bulk;\n13. Reverse engineering, copying, cracking, attacking, or attempting to obtain the source code of the platform;\n14. Using idoli.ai, User Content, or Generated Content to train, develop, or improve AI models or services that compete with idoli.ai;\n15. Abusing free quotas, refund mechanisms, Affiliate mechanisms, or promotional campaigns;\n16. Selling, renting, transferring, or sharing accounts;\n17. Engaging in any other conduct that idoli.ai reasonably believes may harm the platform, users, third parties, or the public interest.\n\n## 9. Content Moderation and Platform Enforcement\n\nidoli.ai may use automated systems, human review, or third-party services to review user inputs, uploaded content, and Generated Content.\n\nIf we believe that any content or conduct violates these Terms, the Content Policy, or applicable law, we may take one or more of the following actions:\n\n- Refuse generation;\n- Delete content;\n- Restrict display;\n- Restrict downloads;\n- Add sensitive content labels;\n- Suspend certain features;\n- Freeze or deduct credits;\n- Suspend or terminate accounts;\n- Deny refunds;\n- Cancel Affiliate or Creative Partner earnings;\n- Provide necessary information to rights holders, payment processors, law enforcement, or regulators.\n\nYou understand that idoli.ai may not detect all violating content and does not assume a general obligation to proactively review all User Content.\n\n## 10. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits\n\nidoli.ai may offer free quotas, credits packages, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, or other paid services.\n\nYou agree that:\n\n1. You will pay according to the prices, billing cycles, and rules displayed on the relevant pages;\n2. Different features, models, video durations, resolutions, and generation speeds may consume different amounts of credits;\n3. Credits that have already been consumed are generally non-refundable;\n4. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal;\n5. Canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund;\n6. If payment fails, idoli.ai may suspend or restrict your access to the Services;\n7. idoli.ai may adjust prices, plans, quotas, and features based on business changes, but will endeavor to provide advance notice of material changes.\n\nRefund rules are governed by idoli.ai's Refund Policy.\n\n## 11. Third-Party Services\n\nidoli.ai may integrate third-party services, including but not limited to:\n\n- AI model providers;\n- Cloud service providers;\n- Image and video storage providers;\n- Payment processors;\n- Login and authentication services;\n- Analytics tools;\n- Advertising attribution tools;\n- Customer support tools;\n- Content moderation providers;\n- Anti-fraud providers.\n\nWhen you use related features, you may also be required to comply with the terms and privacy policies of those third-party services. idoli.ai is not responsible for the acts of third-party services beyond what is required by law.\n\n## 13.
